You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances, subject to legal obligations.

Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Right to Object

How to Exercise Your Rights

We will respond to your request within 30 days as required by the NDPA. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

International Data Transfers

Data Breach Response
In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:
- Notify the Nigeria Data Protection Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach
- Notify affected data subjects without undue delay if the breach poses a high risk
- Take immediate steps to contain and remediate the breach
- Provide guidance on steps you can take to protect yourself
